Factors affecting the CNC machining accuracy of thin-walled parts as bellow:

(1) easily deformed by the force: due to the workpiece wall thin, under the action of clamping force easy to produce deformation, thus affecting the dimensional accuracy and shape of the workpiece accuracy.

(2) susceptible to thermal deformation: due to the thin workpiece, cutting heat will cause thermal deformation of the workpiece, the workpiece size is difficult to control.

(3) easy vibration deformation: cutting force (especially radial cutting force) under the action, prone to vibration and deformation, the impact of the workpiece dimensional accuracy, shape, position accuracy and surface roughness.
