As China’s manufacturing industry accelerates the pace of transformation, the use of robots is more and more frequent, as the factory’s technical engineers must understand the robot related technology, then the general robot from what components?

Robot as a system, which consists of the following components:

Robot or moving car: This is the main part of the robot, which is composed of connecting rod, articulation joints and other structural parts so that the robot reaches a certain position in space. If there are no other parts, only the robot itself is not a robot.

End effector: A component that attaches to the last joint of a manipulator and is typically used to grab objects, attach to other mechanisms, and perform the required tasks. Robot manufacturing generally do not design or sell end-effectors, and in most cases they only provide a simple gripper. End-effect actuators, which are mounted on a robot to perform tasks in a given environment, such as welding, painting, gluing, and loading and unloading parts, are among the few tasks that may require a robot to accomplish. Often, the end effector’s action is controlled directly by the robot controller or the robot controller’s signal is transmitted to the end effector’s own control device (such as a PLC).
